• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota (exception:  we do not accept Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plans)
• Medica
• Preferred One
• Minnesota Health Care Plans ("Straight MA" - your only insurance card is an MHCP card)

Minnesota Voice & Speech will file insurance claims on your behalf with the companies listed above.

Specific insurance plans may require you to see health care providers in a specific care network.  Please verify that our clinic, Bob Grider, is in your insurance plan's care network.
